hi, im kind of embarrased, i have been masturbating alot.. every day a week! i noticed that my vagina looks lumpy around the inside of my vagina and a white thick discharge,no itching. i havent had sex in 5 months!it looks weird, its alot of lumps..no redness,, it looks kinda swollen too.. and also its this white little piece on there.. not a bump just a little white piece& i don't know what it is,,& it also look like my vagina hole has widen and i just need help of what this might be. i don't want my mom to know im not a virgin so, can you guys give me some advice? is it from too much masturbating?

i think that you probably have over-irritated the vaginal area and that caused the yeast that normally live around vaginal area to over produce and cause the discharge and maybe a yeast infection. You should try the yeast infection cream first, but if that doesn't work in the time it is supposed to, than you really should go and visit a gynecologist to see what is going on, because if it's not a yeast infection it potentially could be a bacterial one and you can't really hide such thing for a long time. You will have to be able to talk to your mom sooner or later, you know that yourself.
