can one get pregnant if very low quantity semen touches vagi

had my period cycle of 30 days. But last cycle was 2 days late. had sex 10 th day with out deep penis penetration. Only the top covering just touched vagina.preejaculation occured. If semen had touched vagina with out much deep penetration,is there any possibility of pregnancy
