I can say, without a shadow of a doubt, my fatigue is because of stopping weed. It happens every time. I also dont know why there arent any reputable sources on this, but i am 100% sure this is due to me stopping weed. And im 100% sure life gets back to normal in 2 to 8 weeks. Just hang in there. Starting again, even one puff from a joint, can put you back to square 1.

Im 20 years younger than you, and i feel the same way. You are on day 5. Dont trust your thoughts. You wont think rationally for a while. It gets better! Hang in there! You still have lots of years left! And they’ll be twice as good without weed! But it will take time!

It’s hard realizing you are junkie. But that’s step 1. And with that comes that real kicker: realizing that no, you cant just have 1. Just 1 puts you back to square 1 and the horrible cycle starts again. Dont get me wrong, there are people that can smoke 1 join a month, or 1 a week, but if you came to this page, it’s probably not you. Own it, and realize that like an alcoholic, you’ll probably have to say goodbye for good.

You are not more productive when you smoke. That is a lie that stoners love to tell themselves. Trust me, I am extremely guilty of this. Stop for a year, and you’ll see what you are truly capable of.

10 weeks is long but unfortunately it could be a while still. It sucks, but at this point, starting again will reset all your efforts. Hang in there! It does get better! Dont let a plant rule your life!

I salute you sir! Spot on! And hang in there! Everyone will have their own timeframe! But make peace with waiting at least a year. But dont set dates. The goal should be to never smoke again.

Embrace it! I know tomorrow will be better! Cant wait to sleep so i can wake up feeling slightly more human. A nap a day for now, is a small sacrifice to know im a few months away from being a normal, happy, content human being. Just hang in there!

You need to remove yourself from your environment. That means taking your pot money, and booking 2 nights away where it is impossible to get weed. No money? Then go crash at your mom’s place. Or ask a friend that lives out of town if you can use his couch. Even if you just sit there for two days watching netflix and eating c**p, its better than smoking weed. But you need to keep busy and you need to plan it ahead of time, or you will smoke or claim you are bored and claim weed is the only solution.

Some guys have it difficult for 2 weeks, some 6 months. Luck of the draw. I can say that it will not take longer than 1 year max. Dont go into a new relationship for at least 1 year. Focus on yourself and know this is could take a while. But it’s worth it! Good luck, buddy!

Tip: get a preworkout. Something that will make it impossible to be tired when you gym. Loads of options, anyone will do.

Then some bad news, if you ended on this page, you are probably not the type of person who can smoke occasionally. I.e. you’re an addict. Dont worry! I am too.

Whrn your body runs out of thc, it breaks down stored THC in fat cells. These stored thc can be stored upto 10years. Whrn you quit your body meltd down the fat to get to these little pockets filled with THC your body sweats (even in winter) mainly at night, THAT'S your body digging out THC and filling it in receptors hence you feeling HIGH, and fatigue etc
