Hi, I am 44 years old and I am having sleeping issues. I don’t have insomnia, I mean I do fall asleep, but it is not easy at all and I wake up easily. This all makes me very tired during a day and I would like to put an end to this. I don’t want to use drugs but I can’ sleep either. What should I do?

I think that the first thing you should do is identify the cause of your sleeping problem. Perhaps it is just too much accumulated stress and perhaps there is some condition you are not aware of. With that said, the next step would be going to the doctor. Maybe he will help you with an advice and prescribe you some herbal medication, a tea perhaps to help you sleep better.
