Can somebody give me any useful advice? I can not sleep. My sleeping problems started two weeks ago. My sister told me that I need to drink Chamomile tea. I’m not so sure that herbal tea can help me. Anyone drank Chamomile to make them sleep? Is it really so effective?

Chamomile tea is one of the most used herbal tea for many health troubles. It’s well know as home remedy for anxiety and insomnia. Of course, you need to be patient and use it for awhile to solve your problem completely. In a cup of boiling water put two tea spoons of dried Chamomile flowers. Drink after 10 minutes, best before go to bad.
