Condoms just reduce the chance of pregnancy down to around 1-5%. I'm wondering the phrase that he doesn't ejaculate though. Does he do it in the condom, or is it that he doesn't at all? Because I can't tell on that. I will warn that you can get pregnant from precum though anyway.
