Your not stupid, you just slipped up, that's all. There may not be anything wrong at all, but you won't know until you see your Dr. Your parents will never have to know. You can see your Dr. without their permission. It's called the HIPA Law. This restricts any medical personnel, including your Dr. to give any information concerning you to anuy one, even your parents. Some parents get angry, but it's the law. When my girls were younger, i would get mad too, but they trusted me enough to sign a waver, meaning i could ask questions of the Dr. and he was allowed to tell me, but only at the girls' request. They could pull their permission at any time.
Just go to the Dr. and tell him what your symptoms are. He will treat you accordingly and probably not even give it a second thought. The Dr. has seen and heard it all, you are not an exeption.
He will probably give you a pep talk on safe sex and maybe discuss birth control, which is a good idea, don't you think?
You should tell your partner what's going on, but not until you see your Dr.
