my face and head crack and pop any time i move my head

This sounds similar to what I experience always. Don't know if its after Chiropractor cracked my neck or if I have sever sinusitis or ENT problems (perhaps), Aneurysm perhaps? People around me when they hear me crack it they look at me open their eyes wide! I do not feel the poping in the neck... sometimes I do..t for the most part I feel the poping is in at the top of the cranium. Any ideas? Sometimes this gives me a relief, no headaches though... the relief might also trigger my nose breath better or open a nasal pasage (I feel it).

I have the same problem. It always feel like pressure is in my head. I can pop my head by moving it froward with my hands

I have kind of the same issue my head will creak. I have been dealing with chronic sinusitis since I was a toddler. I have had some treatment which mostly only got rid of the headaches but I still have some residual issues. This might help answer your question but I'm gonna search a bit deeper.

I have the same thing inside my head when i move it. Have had it a year or so (36), getting more frequent. I suffered sinus problems since a small child throughout my life, even severe. however, sinuses have been better... I have also had head injuries not looked at by a doctor. I got knocked out a couple of times, then hit my head hard/whiplash other times. I also had extreme ptsd-anger from unrelated issues. I would explode screaming as loud as i could. blood would rush to my head very quickly, these rages sometimes lasted for days, the longest a week, screaming constantly angry over events of the past that effected my life what seemed like permanently.

i remember refusing pharma pills because Jesus reveleaded to me that they were actually designed with evil intent, if you dont believe Him believe the science: they cause worse side-effects. they do not provide the brain or body nutrients. nutrients amino acids vitamins ect assist healing. check your pills & you find out not only are there no nutrients the pills actually block & tax what nutrients you do have causing worse longterm side-effects to your body & brain. example: nervous system needs nutrients for dopamine serotonin tryptophan adrenaline ect ect to heal. mainly different kinds of acytlcholine & amino acids & vitamins/minerals (different kinds of magnesium, vitamin c, ect ect) 5-htp, tryptophan, melatonin also assist your body in healing these things, mainly the acytlcholine: a great source is derived from sunflower lecithin (not soy!). Jesus got me through lots of medical research & scientific evidence proving a nutritional approach to brain health vs pharmaceutical approach that actually damages the brain even further. We use this scientific information found online with local state constitutions to fight off the mental health doctors & nurses!!
when they try to force medicaton on you in voluntary visits they will fail w God's help.
there is a federal mental law & state they we are protected by where we are allowed to refuse their pharmaceuticals (falsely called "medicine") as long as we are deemed **able to make decisions for ourselves** cant remember the legal word for it.

In our local town of Cookeville, TN the pharmaceutical companies were paying doctors and lawyers to be present at mental health facilities so when you arrive on voluntary visit the paid lawryer sets up an illegal hearing in a room using a taperecorder (legally the Judge is required to be there in person) and the paid doctors show up and say you are incapable of making your own decisions so they can force damaging pharmaceuticals in you while getting paid for using those too via state & federal reimbursements/grants. The Lord showed this to me. We prayed about it and within a year the entire medical facility shut down permanently. Now voluntaries are transported to cities nearby in a vehical (even ubers who work for the state) to facilites where they do not take do illegal hearings to take your mental health right to abstain from what they call "medicine" which is not medicine but pharmacy. 2 different things a "medicine" comes from the Earth with both healing & nutrional properties . "God hath made medicines out of the Earth, he that is wise will not abhor them." Pharmaceuticals root words pharma, pharmakeia, is where you mix 1 or more things together "to create an effect." Im English we call this "sorcery". Pharmakeia ect is the Greek word for sorcery.
