since 3 days ago,my chest,right arm,back and throat has been hurting every time i eat or drink ANY THING!
The pain has gotten worse and i have no idea what it is.
Pain medicinal pills will only make it feel a little but better for a short peirod of time,then it will start RIGHT back up again!!

does any one have any idea what it is?
