Well if you gave oral sex to someone infected with chlamydia, then more then likely, yes you have contracted the STD. However, you can not pass it on to yours kids by kissing them. Chlamydia is spreaded through bodily fluids, such as semen, vaginal lubrication, etc. You cant get it from kissing though.
You should be chacked at clinique or something though to recieve treament and cure the Chlamydia. He should too in order to prevent spreading it around more. Hope this helps a bit ( :
