I have a question I am taking my normal chromium picolinate pill evey morning along with my diet pill lipocerin is there any danger taking these pills i hear so much about chromium being dangerous and all but is there any danger taking them the way i do please reply very concerned. 8-|

if you take to much chromium it can hurt you by damaging you'r chromosomes but as long as you take the recommend amount you should be fine. good luck

These pills are usually used if you have love chromium levels in your blood and you need to increase them. So doctor will then prescribe you chromium picolinate pills as a mineral that will help you regain normal levels of chromium in your blood. I don’t think that this can influence your diet pills in a negative way as long as you stick to your dose that doctor prescribed you. You have to take these pill with lots of food so this might be a problem for your weight loss. If you notice any hives, rashes or problems with breathing and chest pain you should consult your doctor before continuing with these pills.
