Has the twitching stopped or changed by now? One of the common reasons that happens is because your body is low on calcium and calcium is, besides for bones, important also in transmitting neural impulses. So, ask your pharmacist for a good calcium supplement and see if there is any change. Also, either dehydration or drinking too much water could contribute to this, so it's also a important thing to pay attention to.

Hallo,
Well the fact is that these are just muscles contracting very fast. You do know that our face is made out of many muscles and that is how we are able to make all kinds of expressions with our face. Now the muscles usually contract if you are low on some mineral. Have you noticed any other problems? Do you have any pain in your face when you have these twitches? You have to know that this can not be cured in one day. You will have to take some supplements to restore the levels of minerals in your muscles or you can change your diet to help yourself as well.

All the best to you,
Karen
