My uncle has diagnosed of lupus and he is concerned if that is the acute or chronic disease? What are manifestations of chronic lupus? Is it worsening during time? Can it disappear spontaneously or with adequate therapy? I am interesting if all kinds of lupus are chronic disease or depend of clinical manifestation.
