Chronic Pain in Teenager Undiagnosed

My 16yr old daughter has been suffering for 6mo with a pain level between 8-10. The doctors have ran blood, urine,pregnancy, ultrasound, CT scan all come back fine... However she is in severe pain daily since June 11, 2011.. starting with constipation, progressively getting worse she has pain on right side between hip and rib cage sometimes travelling across to the left, bulging nodules around torso area under ribs, also skin has burning sensation in that area along with fatigue and most recently has been experiencing tingling down arms and legs and now experiencing a knot that also burns between the shoulder blade and spine on right side. I am not sure if the problems are all related to the same problem. But the first doctor did not believe that the problem is that serious, so I recently took her to another doctor and this doctor says they think it may be growing pains, I am completely worried and I need some other possible answers, as this can not be nothing since she is agonizing pain daily .
