My 20 year old daughter is 5'7" and in August was 160 pounds.
She is now 145 pounds and has not been able to eat with out experiencing stomach pain. She says every time she eats with in 5 minutes she has a pain like someone is grabbing her stomach and twisting it. The pain lessens when she stands very straight or lays down. She said it is under her left breast and sometimes lower abdomen.
She has only been eating yogurt, noodles, white bread water and Gatorade.
She has tried Nexium and Proton-ix. She started getting acid reflux because of not eating. So she has stayed on the Nexium.
She had a upper GI that did not show anything except for the slight esophagus redness and the artery around the small intestine seemed tight and the small intestine seemed swollen.
She had a test for H-Pylori, Celiac & Anemia. All came back normal.
She had a scope, everything looked fine accept for the swollen area of the small intestine.
The deep tissue biopsies they took from the small intestine did not show anything.
They now want to do another upper GI with a small intestine follow through. To check for Chron's Disease.
Nobody can seem to tell us what is wrong.
She is tired of eating like this. Once in a while she will just eat something and deal with the pain.
Information about her: She has been taking get allergy shots and been on asthma and allergy medicine since she was 4.
At this time she is on - generic Zyrtec, Singulair, Veramyst (replaced Flonase in March), Asmanex (replaced Advair in March), Low Estrogen 28, Nexium and now she is taking Belladonna-Phenobarbital TAWSW to elevate some of the cramping. She said it helps but she still has the pain and the medicine makes her light headed. She has scoliosis a curvature of 10. She does not drink alcohol and does not smoke or do drugs.

Was she checked for an ulcer? I have the same issue, but my pain comes 1-2 hours after eating, which is supposedly a "typical" gall bladder disease. From what I read, the fact that she has pain immediately after eating is related to ulcers.
