i've been in pain for a few days or week now.
i have small blisters in my genital area. i remember i only have one last week, which is really painful. after a few days, i notice that i then have another one just near the opening. and now, i have two blisters, lesions which are really painful everytime i urinate, walk or move. i don't even know how i got this. it stings too much when i pee. is this herpes? how will i know, i only have one sexual partner, only have me as his partner also.we dont have sexual contacts with others. i just want to know what triggers these blisters. these blisters developed days before i had my canker sore.
will anti biotics also increase the pain?
please help me what will i do. i am afraid that i will be in great pain also, since i will be having my menstruation few days from now.
please advise what i will do and how i can cure it.

Everything u girls just explained is exactly what I have and how I feel, I went to the doctor n they said they don't know what it is,looks like a viral infection and sent me away with herpe cream. The doctor told me he's not saying I have herpes but that that's the onlything that can help. The doctor was a complete ass and had no answers for me, and when I asked qustions he avoided them. But I was told it could be a viral infection and herpes is a viral onfection. I just don't know what to think anymore bcuz he said he isn't saying I have herpes.

i had the same thing with me. the man i slept with told me he had no other partners.. but he did.. and well what you describe sounds to me like what i had.. and i went to the doctor.. and i found out it was herpes..

I had the same thing happen to me and my doc insists that it is herpes, even though the tests came back negative..I can tell you what helped me...LIDOCAINE. Ask your doc for a prescription and you will get some relief.

That's weird. I just went to docs and she thought i might have herpes as she saw that i had blisters in my genital area. I have also been having thrush symptoms every now and then. She rang me and said the tests for herpes came back negative. Going to go to the docs again to find out what else it could be. I have no other symptoms but the sores so thought it could be a rash from something else. Does anyone know how accurate the tests are for herpes?

Hi there just read all these omg my partner has been in afghan since oct & over the weekend ive came up with blisters there so pain full, i can hardly walk or sit down & weeing is the worst ever, i end up in tears & after tht i end up bleedin cos of the blisters. I havent slept with any apart frm my partner but tht was end of september so wht is it? or how on earth have i got these? can any one help??

It's possible to get sores that look kind of like canker sores (not cold sores, mind you) on your vaginal area from a yeast infection. I'm going through it now and it's TERRIBLE. I don't think chicken pox at the age of 11 were this bad. If your other symptoms include the whitish discharge, itching, pain during sex, etc then see a doctor stat! I used the prescription she gave me get rid of the infection, plus the topical cream to treat the itching and burning, only to find out I'm allergic to Monistat. What a mess!! It's likely to be a yeast infection that's gone on too long, so get it checked out!

Wow we okay I just read the whole page and I'm having the same problem. I had a minor yeast infection and got prescribed a pill from my obgyn. I had barely noticed I had one except for during sexual intercourse when it would burn. I took the pill and nothing happened for a day or so and then bumps appeared on my vagina and it swelled up to the point that it was hard to walk. It got worse the next day after I put a anti fungal cream on to stop the burning and irritation. Now I have multiple blisters and the folds are starting to open. I tried Monistat external cream and it did help a little I was still in tears laying in bed helpless. I finally got into the doctor and asked if my partner had herpes I said definitely not were our
Only partners and haven't been with anyone else. He took a sample to send to te lab but there's no possible way it could be herpes. Yes I have the blisters but there's no burning when I urinate or gross discharge. He said it was probably an allergic reaction to the cream I used, personally I think it was the pill he ave me because that's where it started but I don't know whether it was Monistat or the generic monozycon or spelled similar to that. So he told me to apply hydrocortisone cream every 4 hours. Which would be great of it didn't make me curl over in tears and pain because it stingsssssssss so bad. He also prescribed a numbing gel but after hours at the pharmacy they told me the company no long meme makes it. So my advice if your story's similar.....aspirin, hydrocortisone cream, nouns centers baby wash, ice pack, and rest. Because this is the worst pain of my life

It could be adult HFMD - Hand foot mouth disease. Have you been in any contact with kids that go to a daycare? I contracted the virus from close contact with my 7 month old. I'm a 35 yr old woman. In this virus, you get painful blisters on your hands, feet and inside the mouth and throat. Occasionally you get them in your vagina and Labia. The one on my inside labia is painful and looks like a Ulcer or Herpe. I'm not sure of any treatment unfortunately you have to wait the virus out. It is nothing an anti biotic can help. It is painful! I'm on day four and blisters are continuing to pop up.

Hey everyone. I'm 19 and have had this exact same issue since I was 15 years old: a canker sore like lesion on my vagina that makes me cry every time I have to pee. Of course I've been to the doctors and they always think it's herpes but I've had every test done to me and it has all come back negative. However, I have not had another occurrence of this mystery canker sore for a year.
Thus I think I have MAY HAVE FOUND A CURE to this!!
I used to get canker sores in my mouth frequently, so I think there is some kind of correlation between my mouth sores and the vaginal ones. I looked up what causes canker sores and it may just be a virus that we all have. BUT it also said acidic fruits and juices can cause canker sores in your mouth. I have completely cut this out of my diet and have had no more canker sores there. I have also not had an appearance of the canker sore on my vagina in a year either. I believe this is so because by cutting out acidic food in my diet, my urine is not acidic either. So basically acidic food causes mouth canker sores and acidic urine causes vaginal canker sores.
Now this is just a theory, but so far it has helped me!! Give this a try and let me know how it goes for you guys! Wish you all the best of luck.
