I'm 26 and I have a clear liquid dischage with cramps, lite bleeding, and sometimes nausea that comes between my periods. It is a thin liquid that last around 3 days. The discharge is sometimes heavy and I often need to wear pads. This discharge has the same symptoms of my period. Is this normal, or more serious?

This is nothing serious as a matter of fact. You are just having the ovulation and that’s what is happening to you, this is normal for all the women to happen in the middle of their cycle.
The ovulation occurs 14 days after the first day of your period. It is accompanied by some slight abdominal pains and cramps as if you are just about to get your period. Also some bleeding can occur, your breasts may get swollen and you would then feel weak and have a nausea. The increased amount of discharge is the main symptom of ovulation, and it is quite natural that you have the discharge you described. Only if you notice some changes with the color and the smell, then you should ask for help.
