You have sinus infection you need a nasal antibiotic. They can last for months. Quit smoking if you smoke cigarettes. I have been down this road many times.

hey, i used to be a coke addict for 3 years and when i got off i had some similar problems, later on i found out it was just some extreme stress, id suggest looking up on the internet for some ways to terminate alot of stress in little time and see if it helps. the pains in your head could be extreme tension, or blood pressure. hope you find something usefull.

If the pain is psychological the best route would be meditation and a cleaner lifestyle. Could also have to do with swelling of the sinus passages.

Your the BEST ever! Yessssssssssss ! You DO know someone who feels the same like you . mMe ! Ever since I started doing it , ( you know coke make you want more) my nose been bleeding EVEN when I'm not doing it . But the worst part is that stabbing pain on the fu*king side of my fu*king head' and its usually then right side ( I usually use the right side of my nostril ). Great high .comedowns suck . BUT THE HEADACHES MAKE U FEEL LIKE UR BRAIN IS BOUTTA BUST GOD FORBID

Im feeling exactly the same. Its been 3 weeks. Blood, Urine, CT tests all normal.
Do you have an update? Are you back to normal yet?

I been having the same problems with the strange head pains,including my ear hurting and pressure on my forehead diwn to my nose...but i would have to say the headache pains are scary because there not normal,plus i barely have ever had headache in in life....my doctor said its a sinus infection due to the drug use and it will take months before it heals...it is getting better but very slowly and i cant do normal daily activities like i used too...i really regret doing coke and this definitely scared me to stay away from it..hope all gets well for you

im 30yrs old I've done cocaine weekly for the last 10yrs, I'm a heavy user..I would buy 3.5gs for myself for a one night session. I quit 6 months ago & I've had terrible symptoms since, starting with heart problem, stomach problems & head problems..

i feared at first that I'd damaged my heart & was a bear away from a heart attack, then I suffered with sharp pains in my stomach fearing that I caused life threatening damage to my interal organs.

i joined the gym, changed my diet & got fit again. Everything started to improve, my confidence returned anxiety decreased & started to feel like I was on the mend. 6 months later went out on the session with the lads & now experiancing all the head symptoms everyone here has described.

solution: Ditch the drugs for good! get fit & eat healthy. Obtain an inhaler from the pharmacy & some orbus oil to help clear the toxins out. Finally obtain vitamin B & folic acid take regularly!!

remember if you focus on the pain it will get worse if you ignore it then it isn't there!!!

Aneurysm in your brain. Go to doctor and get it checked out. I had one and exact as you guys. Get help ASAP as it can be a lot worse

Also got burning and pressures on forehead and nose and its got worse and vertigo and now im also having a deep depression and sleep problems and shaking and lost weight. Been a 1and half year now and gerting worse. Not sure i will survive this.. Lifes over. Ct and mr no problems buttheres no help.
