Well, I noticed bumps similar to acne(except without a head and there not red...)on my penis about 3 years ago now. At some points during that period I would feel small to intense amounts of pain while I masturbated, but these quit shortly after they began. (Those were over a year and a half ago now) Now, I have almost no pleasure from ejaculation. Can this be a cancer or some sort of disease? (Btw I am a virgin) :-(
