Well, My penis is really unsensitive, It makes it VERY hard to masterbate with my hand, Since it'll take over an hour before I get pleasure, and usually my hand will feel like it cant take anymore lol (And even when i make it all way, Its good, but not very... Even tho i ge urge to do either way, Weird...)

Smack the "Head" Really hard. If you feel it go inch by inch down the "Shaft" Smacking until you can feel it. If you cannot then gently message withe ur foreskin and thumb all around.
