conception with a diabetic man

Hey ummh so I was with a lady that is about 10 / 15 years bigger than me , so we was just having fun ,she gave me a h..d.oB and my sperm came out , so I wasnt really worried so I played with her breast for about 10/15 minutes and then I started moving my hands down , so I rubbed my hands on her denim jeans grabbing her ass and the slowly pulled out her pants , but dis was lyk 15 minutes after I had spermed so I only touched and put my finger about 10mm in , I never put my finger right in ........will she be pregnant in that way

I'm 39 and my husband is 52. We are trying to become pregnant, but he is a diabetic. Will this hinder our chances of conception?
