I've had my tubes tied for 3 years and my husband wants another child. Lately I've been sick to my stomatch and everything I eat feels like it wants to come back up I've been eating light food and I still get sick my moods are changing and I'm tired all the time I haven't taken a home test yet but can someone please explain to me is it possible to still get pregnant while your tubes are tied!!!

It is possible but usually, due to scarring, you'd have an ectopic pregnancy.
Sometime the tubes do "reattach."
You can still take a home pregnancy test.
