Hi.im having a hard time to breathe when I think about it or when I feel nervous,anxious etc..Can this lead to heart attack?thorough I don't have heart problems but everythime I think about imy i neetoto breathe deep and my becomes feels heavy..I'm scared I might dthose something..I can't calm myself..

dont fear nothing will happen. when we are stressed or depressed about something, or if we practiced the conscious breathing this problem will occur for short intervals. everything will be okay after some days or so. do not think about ur problem as a big one. miraculously the problem will go away. it was my own experience, so do not think that i am giving wrong hope. i have had it for some time in the past means some days and gone away. be happy and brave

I discovered that phenomenon when I was a kid. Breathing is an automatic function and when we think about it we can screw up the automatic functioning to some extent and get exactly what you described.
