Greetings, I really respect meditation. Can you tell me more about conscious meditation? I wish to thank you in advance. I really don't know much about this subject. I mean for me it is important to know what meditation is, but what is this actually, that I don't know. It seems very interesting for me.

Hello, as you probably know the main aim of meditation is to help you clear your mind from any bad thought. Meditation helps your mental life. The conscious meditation is in fact healing through feeling and Awareness. Aerobic condition is great for the mind. I hope that you will start using meditation.
