I am 68 and have cronic allergies to what no one has told me. I constantly cough and spit up pfem. No one has given me any useful ideas to stop this problem. I am sick of coughing and having this junk in my throat. I feel like an old farm man spitting this junk out all the time. I have tried musinex and other over the counter drugs but nothing helps. I have used a zi cam cough spray and that is suppose to stop it for 48 hours it lasts about 3 hours and I am back at it again. Anyone have any suggestions. I drink warm tea a lot.
