I have had an extreme loss of appetite over the past year. I weighed about 138 & I'm 5'6. I worked out every single day so some of my weight was muscle. I now weigh 123 and it's still going down. I'm lucky if I get 700 calories a day. I feel hungry but NOTHING sounds good. Once I get food I can hardly eat it. I got blood work done and it's normal. I have no idea what it could be and why I can't get over this. I started smoking weed to see if it would help and it does a little but I cant just smoke during the day while I'm at work. I asked my doctor if there was medication to increase my appetite and she said no. Not really sure who to even see about this.,,,

low magnesium most likely. I know many and have helped many with the issue. magnesium glycinate no other form to take. Also check magnesium rbc (not serum) the most common check is serum and it gives only 1% of free floating levels. so only check magnesium rbc.
