LOL, at the end is your name - one option may have been pregnancy but nope, your male!
I am a Celiac (no wheat for the rest of my life) and still get stomach pain. ONe thing when I first changed my diet from wheat to non was SOY. I could not and still not eat soy, soy because it is genetically modified unless you buy Organic gave me really bad nausea and stomach pain. I'm sure that is not the extent to your bowel problems but try cutting out soy and see if you get any relief.
Also, another thing that helped me with those symptoms were: cut a small piece of real ginger into a candy size. Put that piece into your mouth and suck it only - do not chew it - and leave it in your mouth for as long as tolerable to you. Or make it into tea, cut small pieces of ginger up and pour hot water over it and repeat over and over - I like the other method the tea is what my mom does after I suggested to her what I do. Also, to relieve any pain? A heating pad over the abdomen works and feels great.
Hope this can help
