please google constipation relief for women and download Dr Mauro's info. it will save your life. you need more fiber and just a change in your diet. i still deal w/constipation but I am 1000% better. I go at least once a day now if not twice - sometimes though I'll skip a day and I'm so not comfortable when that happens.... but it beats not going for days in a row... trust me I've been there. ginger tea, rub around your belly button CLOCKWISE to help the feces move (don't go counter clockwise or you'll move it the wrong way). take probiotic, plant enzyme and flax seed oil caps.. that helps me. and eat a fiber bar every morning..
