I got all of those symptoms except the discharge and I thought it was herpes at first and while i was having sex with this girl there was white clumpy things coming out of her vagina that looked like little tiny pieces of cottage cheese. This is contagious my penus is now itching very bad and looks dehydrated. I am not circumsised so when i peel back the skin it hurts now and it is very dry. I have red spots on my penus head.

I had a yeast infection and my ob doctor told me it is not transmitted sexually and is not contagious. Is that true?
