could i still be pregnant if i had breakthrough bleeding due

I had breakthrough bleeding due to missed pills, it last ed 3 days and it was just over a week after my period, but at the time that i missed the pills my boyfriend and i had unprotected sex and he ejaculated in me....could i be pregnant?

i've been having cramps and ill like feelings all day today, probably worry about this...
