I had the contraceptive implant taken out the 7th of feb and have been having unprotected sex with my partner ever since i took a pregnacy test last week the 28th of feb but that came back negative then that afternoon i started to bleed it was very light and only lasted till the next morning could this have been implantation bleeding???

It could be implantation bleeding some people experiance this about 6 to 10 days after ovulation...It could also be your period getting back to normal as well if it wasnt regular when you had the implant in....I would take another home pregnancy test again about a week or so after the last one...It may have been to early to tell.
