I need to know something bout sinusitis. I have this condition for almost two years now and I am adjusting to it little by little. Symptoms of this illness are more occurring during spring and fall. In the last episode, I had sneezing, headache and often with back pain. Could sinus and back neck pain be related?

Yes, they most certainly can. I know this because my wife had a similar problem. Serious sinusitis can be followed with the inflammation of lymphatic nodes positioned in the neck. Pressure that those nodes can affect surrounding tissue, which causes pain. Therapy is standard – antibiotics. You could also ask for adequate diagnostic procedures, just to eliminate the possibilities of other causes.
