hi just wandering if you could give me some advice, I am 37 and had my last child 10 yrs ago, we are trying to conceive again, my periods are 23/24 day cycle, I ovulated 3 days again, we had sex on our most fertile day, hubby works long hours, so can only have sex prob once durning the cycle, but I am now 3 days past ovulation, I have cramping, which I only EVER get on the day my period is due, slight back ache and feel a bit nausea when I am hungary, I don't know if it all in my head, sorry to be graphic, my last period started it was heavy for about half hour then went slight for rest of day then the next 3 days was normal flow, I only have 4 day periods, then until I ovulated I had brown discharge which I have never had before, I am confused, I know I ovulated cause I had pain in my left side. hope you can give me a bit of advice. thanks x

I am going to assume original poster was indeed NOT pregnant. Sometimes our bodies play tricks on us. Darkening nipples a week after ovulation is WAY to early to be a pregnancy sign. You need enough pregnancy hormones in your blood to cause physical changes. Hopefully it was a PMS symptom or nude sunbathing which caused the change and not something horrible like breast cancer.
anyway, if poster was pregnant, she would have stuck around the extra 4 days to declare a BFP. The only reliable sign of pregnancy is the positive pregnancy test. The only positive clinical sign of pregnancy is observation of the fetal heartbeat, according to national medical exams I have taken.

I'm 23, also have been trying to get pregnant for a while, my last period was on September 19th and I ovulated on the 8th or 9th.
