cramps are hurting me

You will have to give some more info if you want people to try to help you, like are your periods regular? Is your period late at this point, or is it the time between the periods now that you are cramping? It can happen and it's not considered to be "something wrong" in all cases when the cramps without period happen - some women experience them when they ovulate, some during PMS, some because of some smaller infection, like UTI... there are many reasons as to why this might be happening. But, as I said, you have to describe why do you think this should not be happening.
