I had pain on the left side of the body, extreme gas, nausea, dizziness and inability to lose weight. Felt bloated. Went to a gastroenterology, who recommended an endoscopy and a colonoscopy to find that I have ulcers in my small intestine. It also affected my eye sight, and doctor ruled it as Crohn's disease. Have been on medication since then. I have also had sudden palpitations, pain the left arm and upper left side, not sure if they are related. Last year when I had pain like that I had gone to ER, who found nothing wrong and said the heart is in a good condition. So I am not sure if the left arm and side pain and the palpitations have something to do with the ulcers?
