Throwing up food happened to me all the time when I quit, even when I still smoked. In the mornings before I toked I wouldn't be able to eat breakfast. It was terrible. Just quit altogether, weed can be a good drug in moderation (no more than once a week) but honestly the best way to deal with the problem is to realize how easily one can become dependent on it and just give it up. It was controlling me, I wouldn't be surprised if it was controlling a part of you, too. I'm 18, started when I was 16. Been sober for a month and I feel wayyy better. I've been running every 2-3 days, exercising, I have a 6pack, I'm pretty slim. Just started music college. I'm glad I quit. The temptation still exists. I think sometimes "Oh well, if I smoke once it won't be that big of a deal." But my addiction was at the point where I would get super-irritated when a dealer didn't come through, or when my parents tried to stop me. It wasn't worth it, I hope you come to the same conclusion. Good luck.
