cut on my testicle, red spot left after bleeding

I was trimming hair off my testicles with a small pair of scissors and accidentally cut into one of my testicles.  The cut was not very big at all but it bled a lot and finally clotted after 20min.  I put some alcohol on it to be safe.  After a while I noticed aside from the scab of dried blood and in the area immediately around it the skin was darkish red. It was basically a dark red ring of skin around it.  Is this internal bleeding? Please answer I'm worried.
