any foul odor should be checked out by a gynecologist. Color changes can be normal bumps could be from shaving or just clogged secretion glands.

Talk to a gynecologist. I doubt surgery is an option. But maybe hormones are the reason. Maybe she can do some labs and prescribe something.

Ok, if it itches or burns a lot or suddenly changes then get it looked at. The doctor will have seen hundreds and will be able to tell you what's happening.
Scared to have sex because you think your vagina is ugly?! Don't be ridiculous, men have generally seen far more than women have. They're as different as our noses.

That is totally what I was about to say! I have used a vibrator to get me off for a good 15-18 years (approx.) and I am pretty much convinced that it is the cause of my uneven lips ha. Especially since my sweet spot is the top right corner....my right lip is the one that is a bit longer. Best assumption I can make. Seems like it makes sense.

I have the same thing, I’m 49...the nice thing is Im very tight, still, so myvoutward appearance isn’t completely unsightly for me, I think all you have to do is accept your self for who you are and realize guys deal with concerns too.. stay on top of grooming and odors and overall appearance and maybe hydration with lotions and dark spit creams, just to keep the area youthful and fresh looking and feeling. Really that’s all you can do. I’m Hispanic so I assume my pigment comes from me being brunette and Hispanic but it is what it is. Find a nice guy who accepts you as you are and might I suggest some sexy undies to wear to bed, guys love sensual things and they know once removed it leads to their prize, they aren’t thinking.. “What is going on with her skin color”... Trust me... they are thinking of making love. So try to go easier on yourself, pamper your vagina, and celebrate being you. God bless!
