hi guys, im new here so if you could help me it would be great!

When i was having a look at my testicles doing the usual check i noticed what i can only describe as a chunky vein actually ON the right testicle. It is thicker in some places than others and its about 2 inches long going pretty much right around the testicle. I know its on the testicle because when i move the ball in the scrotum it moves with it. It doesnt hurt to touch or prod and it can't be pinched off the testicle. What is this and have you had any expierience of it, what should i do about it?
