Hi there, I am a guy who likes to meditate from time to time. I have a question for those with more experience than me. The other day I was in deep meditation. What can you advise me about this? I mean is it good? I want to tell you all it was a nice feeling. But could this mean something bad. I hope not because if that isn't the case, then I should abandon this.

Hello, I see that you are new to meditation. Of course that it isn't dangerous. It is good for you and you shouldn't quit. You should always concentrate on your breathing. I bet that you already have imagined bright light. Allow yourself to drift off by embracing bright light. That is about it when this subject is concerned.
