I have had my MRI on my lower back do to constant pain, which always gets worse when I am on my feet and try to do just my normal every day stuff, I have been told I have degenerative disks in my lower back and I don't know why it always goes to my hips and legs.
My neck has been hurting me lately as well and both my hands will tingle. I am 60 yrs. old and I don't know what I can do to make this better, the meds do not help me that much.
