Hi I am 25 years old and I weigh over 300 pounds.  I got on the scale the other day and just cried my eyes I out.  I can't believe I have got to this point.  I kept making plans to lose weight and did but in the end I ended up gaining it all back plus more, and this was before I even reached my goal.  I have to take action now and lose this weight.  I have decided that I am willing to do whatever it takes I am just terrified that I am going to have really lose sagging skin once I lose this weight.  I need suggestions on good healthy ways to lose weight and ways to do it so I don't end up with a bunch of saggy skin in the end.  Thanks.
