well i m a 13 year old girl and i m 65 kg and 168-170cm ish in height but i want to lose 12lb over 3 months or so, because i m just really fed up with this whole image of myself looking like a pregnant wierdo. so yeah, more info about me.
I live in The UK and i also have a boyfriend he weighs alot less than me and is about 3 cm taller than yours truly. and we've been going out for about a month now and i get the feeling that i m not cute enough for him. ( i m asian hehe). I was skinny when i was around the age of 4-8 but i started gaining weight because my mum told me about melted cheese when she came back from america and then i got addicted. i was around about 62 kg in august but then i gained weight when i was in japan. i really hope that someone out there can help me. Oh BY THE WAY here is the wierd bit, I m from Mongolia and whenever i go there i dont get the urge to eat anymore, and while i was there i lost about 5 kg in 3 weeks which is around about 12lb if i m right but i cant wait long enough till april when i go there again SO I NEED YOUR HELP!!!!!!!!!

Hi there, the simplest way for you to lose weight is to start exercising and making sure that you keep track of what you eat. The more important issue here though is why do you not feel like you're cute enough for your boyfriend? Doesn't he like you? What does it matter? Let me know what you think.

Take before and after photos. I know it sucks to see yourself as a chunky monkey (sorry, that’s what I called myself – if only to get myself motivated to meet my weight loss goal). However, there’s no easier way to illustrate your progress. The “after” photos are far more fun to capture and share, admittedly. Find yourself on Flickr! It’s good to see yourself how others see you. Do you like how you look? In many ways, Flickr helped me lose weight.

it sounds like your just bragging about the places you have been to but anyway. you are way to young to be worrying if you look cute enough for your boyfriend because it is not like you are still going to be together in 10 years it is just a crush. anyway i am 12 and weigh 88lbs which is around 40kg i am 5 foot 2. what you do is you have only 1 meal a day and nothing else. because of this i have lost over 4lbs in under a week.
