I have insomnia but with my legs and arms aching and sometimes headache too I keep falling asleep. Can barely get out of bed and have no appetite until about 2 am when I feel a little better but if I eat I get a stomachache. I do have fibromyalgia and colitis w/IBS as well but the muscle aches are much worse than what I'm used to!!! I can barely get up to feed the dog!!! What could this be.....it's been a week and I am too weak to crawl into the tub to try and soak my pains away!!
