Hi! More than 5 years I was on dialysis, some how I accept that. Then, my doctor called me and told me that I will have transplantation. After four years waiting on transplantation I got kidney. Recovering was difficult, but after some time I start with normal life without dialysis. I take care about my health. When I started with dialysis my family and friends supported me. It is important to know once a person receives a transplanted kidney, he or she no longer depends on dialysis to cleanse the blood of waste products and remove excess water - the donated, healthy kidney takes over the job. Transplantation is better, but she must wait. Until, she wait kidney transplant she must go on dialysis. Also is important that she take care about her health. If she had some infections or some other health problems, then transplantation can’t be done. Good luck!
