can someone please tell me why i could be having disc-shaped lumps around my nipple area..they've been there for a few months now and everytime i touch them they hurt like if theyre sore... i dont have any symptoms of cancer, and ive noticed no change in my body's behavior since the appearance of these things...im an 18 year old male and i work out at least 3 days out of the week.. i took many supplements when i was going a lot, including a supplement called methasteron...it was the only other thing i took other than protien shakes and creatine.
what could it be?

hey bro, i had they same problem exept earlier in life like when i was 14 - 15. I also have a freind who has claimed to have had it which leads me to belive most males get this. It helped alot to actually go in a hot tub which made it go away... of course it came back when i got out but it was nice not to have it for a while. anyways expect it to leave withing 2 months or so if not and your still worried then see a doctor but going by what your saying with the disc shape, it was the same as mine.

It's hard to say what impact supplements will have.
There is so much that we don't know yet, and so much of the population is buying into the advertising hype.
This will be the next great research frontier for the post-baby-boom generation.
This nipple effect may be transitory, or it may be something more serious.
If you are still concerned, schedule a visit to your doctor and be sure to bring it up.

I know exactly what you are going through. It sucks to have people look down at your nips through your shirt all the time. It looks especially bad in bright sunlight when it is shooting straight down on you. The best thing you can do is wear two shirts or buy these things called pecfix. They are these little sticky patches you put on your nips to keep them flat under your shirt. It hides my nips perfectly. I think you can find them They also make your pecs look flatter and more defined as well. They rock and I use them almost everyday! If this sh*t does not go away soon I am probably going to look into surgery...
