I am a 16 year old male, and I have had puffy nipples for 3 years now. It started when I got hit in the nipples by a Rugby ball. Recently I have noticed hard substances under my nipples. My nipples stick out and look really unattractive. I am physically fit, and not overweight. My nipples do not hurt when I touch them.
Is this normal?

hey there, i have this too and theres no need to worry right now. The bumps you feel under them are fat glands not cancer. I have the same thing and have gone to the doctor to find out what it is, and thats all it is. Guys, like girls, have fat glands in that area except they are not as big as on girls (obviously). Just as a quick question to make sure were talking about the same thing... when your press down on them first they are puffy but then at the bottom there is a lump or hard spot that you can move back and forth if you try, right?

hey greg, i am 14 years of age and my nipples have been very 'puffy' and inflated since like 2 years ago now and it has a large lump under my right nipple when i press hard on my nipple it hurts a bit, but other nipple is puffy but doesnt have a lump.. anyone got any info about this or how i what i can do to get rid of it?
