i am a 21 years old, i started my period when i was 16, ever since then my period cramps have been getting worse and worse, i now spend the first day next to the toilet puking in pain. (and i get the same pain after sex). i get cramping, bad gas, and i just want to die. i have been to the doctor and been described different pain medication and tried the pill but nothing works. do you have any other suggestions?

Go to the doctor and have him draw some blood. Its sounds like a urinary tract infection.
