I am thinking of how meditation would do me good but I don't know what would be better to meditate by myself or should I try with meditation group? So do group meditations work and would it help me get relaxed with so many people around? And what if I miss some meditation meeting would it affect my next group meditation work?

It depends on what kind of a person you are but I always think that group meditations work fine especially if you are at the beginning. I am complicated kind of a guy and I have found out that group meditations won't work in my case for I am hard to get relaxed and fall into deep concentration with so many women in meditation group I keep on watching them and the only result is that I get pretty much upset so in my case individual meditation is far better. But I have friends that are going on group meditation and are very satisfied for they claim they couldn't make it on their own. so you try with group meditations first and then decide what suites you better but in any case I think that group meditations are where you can learn how to meditate the right way.
