I really need help. Im 14 years old and still a virgin. I talk to my mom about pretty much anything except for this. Im completely terrified and dont know what to do. About the last two years, everytime I start my period, I get a new bump on my leg right below my vaginal area. At first, I thought it was no big deal, just from stretching or pulling a muscle or something. I shouldnt be letting this go because Im afraid it might be cancer or something. Please help me!

CheerChick;
What kind of bumb is it? Like a lump under the skin more like in the deeper tissues (muscular) or more like a boil or pimple.... I cant try and give you an answer unless I know what type of bump you are worried about. Try and keep in mind that when you are menstrating your hormone levels increase and that can cause mild swelling in your lymphnodes and a plethera of other fun body changes as well. Also, since you are yound and probably physically active (sports / cheer) It might be a groin injury that you simply notice more whileon your period since you are more focused on that area of your body..... just a thought. Anyhow your question is nothing a Mother would be upset about, trust me I have three kids, you should talk to her and go get checked out to ease your mind.
Best of luck
